Job Description

As part of the Client Servicing team, you will be the champion helping IndiaMART achieve its vision of empowering businesses across India. In this role, you have the opportunity to develop and nurture strong relationships with our clients, assisting them on their path to success by understanding their business needs and recommending tailored solutions to facilitate their growth. In this role as an individual contributor, you will take charge of achieving monthly client retention and renewal targets, providing you with an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills and make a meaningful impact in the company's success.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Interact with clients over calls and video calls to achieve weekly , monthly sales and client retention targets
  • Prompt Resolution Of Client Complaints.
  • Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions for Sales & Servicing.
  • Accurate mapping of products /services in client e-catalog.
  • Systematic follow up with the clients to ensure time bound closure to sales & services.

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,or MBA/PGDM
