Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to enhance our brand's online presence and engagement across all our digital channels. The ideal candidate will manage and create compelling content, run our social platforms, generate fresh campaign ideas, leverage AI tools for efficiency, prepare presentations, and maintain automated reports and documentation to support our marketing goals.

Platforms You'll Manage

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (Business Page and one LinkedIn Profile), Twitter (X), YouTube, Google My Business (GMB), and our Newsletter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all active platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (Business Page and Profile), Twitter (X), YouTube, GMB, and Newsletter.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts, to grow the brand's audience (with designer support where required).
• Plan, ideate, and execute social media campaigns to meet business objectives, contributing regular fresh campaign ideas.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for content creation, ideation, copywriting, and workflow efficiency.
• Prepare monthly performance reports covering both overall account performance and individual post-level performance, with actionable insights.
• Prepare and maintain automated reports and documentation to streamline recurring reporting and keep records organized.
• Create professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for reports, campaign reviews, and internal/external use.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics using analytics tools to track reach, engagement, and growth.
• Manage and maintain the Google My Business (GMB) page, including responding to reviews and keeping information up to date.
• Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries to foster active community engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
• Handle video shooting and editing to create professional, engaging multimedia content (added advantage).
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on experience across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and GMB.
• Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for content and ideation.
• Ability to prepare clear, insightful monthly reports (overall and post-wise).
• Ability to prepare and maintain automated reports and documentation.
• Proficiency in preparing professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations.
• Strong campaign ideation, writing, and creative skills.
• Proficiency in design software and basic video editing/shooting is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with analytics and scheduling tools.
