Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager & Strategist, you will be responsible for end-to-end brand management across social platforms — from strategy creation to shoot execution and performance marketing.
This is a managerial position, requiring ownership, leadership, and strong client-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
1 Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Build content with strong hooks, trends, and storytelling formats
- Create campaign ideas, growth plans, and positioning strategies
- Develop brand tone of voice and content pillars
- Plan performance-driven content & ad funnels
2 Platform Expertise
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube (major focus: Instagram & Facebook)
- Stay updated with trends, algorithm shifts, and content formats
- Lead reel strategies, carousel storytelling, and short-form content planning
- Optimize profiles, bios, highlights, and content structure
3 Meta Ads & Performance Marketing (Very Important)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Plan and execute paid ad strategies
- Create custom audiences, retargeting funnels, lookalike audiences
- A/B test creatives and copy
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns
- Generate performance reports and present insights to clients
- Focus on ROAS, lead generation, and sales-driven results
4 Client Management
- Handle one-on-one client communication
- Lead strategy meetings and present ideas confidently
- Understand client expectations and convert them into actionable plans
- Provide performance updates and improvement suggestions
- Build long-term client relationships
5 Shoot Planning & Execution
- Plan and create mood boards for brand shoots
- Coordinate with models, videographers, and designers
- Supervise shoot execution
- Ensure brand consistency in visuals
- Guide the creative team for better storytelling
6 Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with designers, editors, and content creators
- Review and approve creatives before publishing
- Maintain quality control across all brand deliverables
- Take ownership of brand growth
Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling & positioning
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of Instagram growth & engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
- Creative thinker with execution capability
- Strong organisational & leadership skills
