About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 1.6 to 2.5 years of proven experience in sales. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, deliver client-focused solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the organization..

Responsibility

  • Actively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.

Requirement

  • Must achieve assigned targets and KRAs within defined timelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1.6 to 2.5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (specific sector experience can be added here if needed).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
