Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Indore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and generating leads to grow the customer base. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, meeting sales targets, following up with clients, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends to develop effective sales strategies. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success in achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in generating leads and retaining clients
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of the logistics and express courier industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with teams
