Role Description
We're looking for a results-driven Executive Sales Representative who can confidently engage with prospects, understand their needs, and convert them into paying clients.
This role is not just about selling, it's about guiding clients toward transformation and positioning Vasterior as a premium, trusted solution.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institute or university
• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
• Basic understanding of consultative selling
• Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, and virtual sales
• Self-motivated, target-oriented
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Conversion:
Handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying customers.
• Client Consultation:
Understand client requirements and explain Vasterior's Vastu services and packages in a compelling manner.
• Sales Closures:
Drive revenue by closing deals.
• Follow-ups & Pipeline Management:
Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested leads and manage the sales funnel effectively.
• Relationship Building:
Build trust with clients through clear communication and consultative selling.
• CRM Updates:
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal status.
• Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
