Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Support Associate, based in New Delhi. The key responsibilities include providing prompt and efficient customer support, resolving inquiries, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves assisting in sales processes and contributing to customer training initiatives, ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout their interaction with Claymango.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to assist in customer acquisition and retention
  • Skills in Training customers to effectively utilize Claymango's platform and products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and software
  • Previous experience in online retail or e-commerce is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support

Compensation: 3Lpa to 3.5 Lpa
