- Define and manage all formulations (i.e.- Bitumen, Emulsion, LDO etc.) Experience in bitumen sales, marketing.
- Generate leads & close the sales Comprehensive knowledge of domestic bitumen market.
- Ensure on time delivery of the products to the customers Knowledge of petroleum industry and products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, targeting potential customers and key industry players.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay abreast of current market trends and potential opportunities. Monitor competitors activities, pricing and market positioning. Conduct market research to identify new customers, industry segments and emerging market trends.
- Expand and strengthen our network of users, traders, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with existing clients and forge new partnerships to drive business growth.
