Job Description

Identify and pursue business opportunities with new customers and clients.
Develop dealer and distributor networks and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
Ensure retention of existing markets by maintaining close client relationships.
Conduct market research activities and identify prospects through continuous cold calls.
Promote the organization's image and products/services to support company objectives.
Report on market developments and competitor activities.
Identify and advise on new market opportunities.
Assist with the development and launch of new products/services.
Explore potential customers by reaching out to surgeons, hospitals, and medical professionals regularly.
Follow up continuously, conduct demonstrations if necessary, negotiate, and close orders.
Ensure prompt after-sales support for all installations.
Liaise with Managing Partners to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Monitor progress and completion of all sales activities and provide regular updates on sales and marketing.
