About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Senior Executive – Costing. The candidate will be responsible for handling costing activities, MIS reporting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis to support effective financial decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports and departmental financial reports within defined timelines.
2. Perform variance analysis and provide detailed reporting on monthly financial performance.
3. Calculate product costing as per the standard cost sheet format.
4. Handle activity-based costing and overhead allocation analysis on a monthly basis.
5. Analyze cost variances and identify key drivers impacting profitability and margins.
6. Support the identification and implementation of cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
7. Prepare profitability analysis reports and monitor cost impact across products and departments.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for cost data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• CMA Inter qualification is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in costing and MIS reporting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of costing concepts, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from Manufacturing Industry background will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
