Executive - Packing

To oversee and execute bottle packing operations in the OSD manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and company standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage bottle packing line operations for tablets/capsules.
• Ensure proper line clearance and readiness before batch packing.
• Monitor packaging material issuance, usage, and reconciliation as per BMR/BPR.
• Maintain online documentation and ensure adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and data integrity principles.
• Coordinate with QA, warehouse, and maintenance for line operations and material availability.
• Conduct in-process checks (e.g., weight variation, sealing, labeling) and handle deviations or incidents as per procedure.
• Train operators and packing staff on procedures, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure timely completion of batches with minimal wastage and optimum productivity.
• Participate in qualification and validation activities related to packing equipment or process.
• Handle primary, secondary, and tertiary packing equipment such as bottle unscramblers, counting machines, desiccant inserters, cappers, labelers, induction sealers, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Experience: 2-5 years in bottle packing operations in a regulated OSD manufacturing facility (USFDA/WHO/MHRA approved preferred)

Skills:

• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience with bottle packing machinery
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
