Job Summary:

You will be part of the Arboretum Team proudly representing the LTM family to all our new joiners.

In this role you will serve as the central point of contact for lateral hires across PAN India and the Global LTM ecosystem.

You will act as a trusted advisor to associates and business stakeholders by leveraging people practices workplace engagement initiatives and AI enabled insights to enhance the onboarding and induction experience.

Key Roles Responsibilities :

Act as the single point of contact for all new employees in the assigned city location.

Proactively support new joiners in transitioning into the LTM work culture and environment.

Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders vendors and cross functional teams.

Enable and drive positive changes in people programs using data driven insights.

Understand evolving business needs and propose innovative value adding people solutions including digital enhancements.

Partner with Managers and CDMs to proactively identify and resolve people related issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate effectively with the core team and extended teams across geographies.

Use dashboards and analytics to track induction effectiveness engagement trends and continuous improvement opportunities.

Be open to travel across locations based on business requirements.
