Job Overview
Responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of incoming raw and packaging materials in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify all incoming raw and packaging materials as per quality specifications.
- Maintain inspection records, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support procurement and production teams for timely availability of quality materials.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Timely availability of approved materials.
- Zero complaints regarding raw or packaging materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate/PG (Preferred: Microbiology or Biotechnology)
- Experience: 36 years in Quality Control / QA in manufacturing setup
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / quality management systems
- Experience in microbiological testing methods
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & SAP/ERP systems
