Role Overview:
As the HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end HR operations - from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, and daily HR administration. You'll play a crucial role in setting up efficient HR processes, ensuring smooth employee experience, and helping the company grow with the right talent and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end hiring: drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offer rollouts.
Conduct onboarding sessions and maintain hiring trackers.
2. HR Operations & Employee Records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, salary details, etc.) manually or in spreadsheets.
Prepare payroll inputs and issue HR documents (confirmation, experience letters, and other employee documents.
Support management in preparing organizational structure, maintaining employee data, and HR-related reports.
3. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
Organize employee activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Foster open communication and conduct periodic feedback or pulse checks.
4. Performance Management & Learning
Support performance goal-setting and review cycles.
Coordinate evaluations with team leads.
Maintain performance and feedback records.
5. HR Policy & Compliance
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies, employee handbook, and internal guidelines.
Ensure adherence to statutory and company compliance requirements.
Coordinate with external consultants for payroll, compliance filings, or labor law documentation (if applicable).
6. Exit Management & Full & Final Settlement
Manage exit formalities, F&F settlements, and release of letters.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel and Sheets).
Sound understanding of recruitment, payroll, and basic labor laws.
Ability to work independently and manage HR operations without automated tools.
High sense of confidentiality, accountability, and ownership.
Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
1-4 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in IT or startup organizations).
Prior exposure to end-to-end HR operations and recruitment is essential.
