Job Description
- Installation sub con compliances as per Minimum wages / Act / local requirements .
- Sub con tracking and maintaining MIS.
- Preparing weekly / monthly reports (related to subcon).
- Planning of Sub-con deputation across India in consultation with regional team.
- Manpower deployment and regular follow up with sub con.
- Sub-con rate negotiation and finalisation as per budget for new units / projects.
- Follow up with sub-con for compliances and submit on time.
- Follow up with customer and Sub con and Installation in case customer hold TJEI Payment.
- Maintaining clear record of subcon doing compliances under TJEI.
- Coordinating with subcon and regional safety team for safety induction.
- Daily attendance monitoring.
- Analysing subcon trend and performance etc.
