Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls, email, and LinkedIn campaigns to a targeted list of prospects (ICP).
- Pitch Ciklum's value proposition for consulting and digital engineering services to companies in the North American region.
- Engage with influencers and decision-makers involved in procuring IT/Digital Engineering services and schedule conference calls.
- Qualify prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with identified prospects who have shown interest in our services.
- Coordinate with the technical team to schedule pre-sales discussions and ensure smooth communication between the prospect and the sales team.
- Document all daily activities in Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 5+ years of inside sales or sales development experience at an international level, preferably in IT services or software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.
- Skilled in conducting in-depth research using various online tools.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Methodical, organized, and process-oriented.
- Technically adept and comfortable using a range of online and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working independently.
- Prior experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and other sales automation tools is a plus.
