The purpose of this role is to support the talent acquisition team to attract, engage and hire the very best talent into the organisation. This is a service delivery role partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to help ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role has a strong focus on candidate communication, candidate management, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the **post-selection pipeline**, ensuring every candidate is smoothly transitioned into the organization.
- Assist in all **pre-onboarding tasks**: documentation, system onboarding, welcome emails, and Day 1 readiness.
- Coordinate with **IT, Admin, and People Services** to ensure assets, tools, and access are provisioned on time.
- Serve as the single point of contact for new joiners, guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with business teams to **schedule post-selection connects** and team introductions.
- Monitor onboarding pipeline health and **raise timely flags** if leakages, delays, or drop-offs are detected.
- Champion a **positive joiner experience**, ensuring clear communication, support, and engagement from offer acceptance to onboarding completion.
Qualification:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**.
Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with onboarding workflows or HR tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS) is a plus.
