Executive HR

Role Purpose:
To manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities across the West Zone, including onboarding, payroll coordination, background verification, HRIS administration, employee data management, compliance, tracker maintenance, performance management support, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring process accuracy, compliance, and an enhanced employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities, including documentation, joining formalities, employee creation, induction, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate and monitor background verification (BGV) processes, ensuring timely initiation, closure, and compliance.
• Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports, employee records, and data accuracy across HR systems.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, arrears, deductions, cost center allocation, and employee salary-related queries to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Administer HRIS/Poornata updates, employee master data management, and monthly HR reporting.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, probation tracking, confirmations, PIP management, and annual performance review activities.
• Manage full and final settlement (F&F) processes, exit documentation, employee clearances, and exit analysis reporting.
• Support compensation and benefits administration, including insurance, PF, ESIC, mediclaim, employee welfare schemes, and employee queries.
• Partner with internal stakeholders for compliance, audits, budget tracking, and employee lifecycle management.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
