Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper at The Den, Bengaluru, located in the heart of the Whitefield area. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance across the hotel's facilities, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Responsibilities include leading the housekeeping team, managing inventory and supplies, scheduling staff, coordinating laundry services, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, the role involves training and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintaining strong coordination with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
  • Experience in laundry management and housekeeping operations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with guests and team members.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation across facilities.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and cleaning best practices within the hospitality industry.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
