Job Title: Executive - Finance (Office of the CFO)
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Department: Finance Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
About the Role
Trilegal is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable professional to support the Office of the CFO in managing day-to-day coordination, meeting scheduling and governance, follow-ups, and execution tracking across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced leadership environment. The individual will work closely with the CFO to ensure seamless coordination, timely follow-through, and efficient management of ongoing deliverables and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Operational Support
• Support the accounts/finance team with expense reconciliations, invoice coordination, and related documentation.
• Assist with preparation and consolidation of MIS data, reports, and operational summaries.
• Support month-end and quarter-end operational closure activities.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of confidential finance and operational documents.
Task Tracking & Follow-Ups
• Create structured trackers and dashboards for ongoing projects, finance activities, and management reviews.
• Monitor timelines and proactively follow up with teams on pending deliverables and approvals.
• Support coordination across departments to streamline execution of operational initiatives.
• Assist in driving process discipline and timely compliance with internal timelines.
Support to the Team
• Provide coordination support to the CFO and finance leadership team on day-to-day operational priorities.
• Manage calendars, meetings, stakeholder coordination, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Manage end-to-end travel coordination, itineraries, bookings, reimbursements, and related logistics.
What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in a high-stakes corporate support or business coordination role, preferably within a professional services firm (Legal, Consulting, or Big 4).
• Organizational Rigor: Exceptional ability to multitask and manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details.
• Communication: Sharp, concise verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive level interaction.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams) and a quick learner of internal financial tools.
