Finance Executive

Position Hiring for Executive / Sr. Executive - Finance/VCFO

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Whom are we looking for

Looking to onboard an Inter CA or an Accounting professional to join our team as a Finance Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insightful reports and recommendations for informed decision-making. Additionally, this role will involve the visualization of reports to enhance data comprehension.

What will be your key responsibilities

• Assist in Financial and Tax Due diligence including bank, GST, TDS , PF, and PT reconciliations
• Conduct basic ledger scrutiny from books of accounts
• Preparing schedules/tables and analyzing basic trends and movements of revenue, expenses, working capital, etc., and identifying any extraordinary movements or changes
• Preparing the initial structure of the DD report with Company overview and factual inputs on an is basis
• Preliminary framing of findings, observations, and notes to investors to be incorporated in the DD report based on the above points
• Research on financial metrics like market size, beta, etc
• Prepare decks and reports wherever required

What are the key requirements for the role

• MBA / Inter CA with 3-5 year of experience in core finance, audit & taxation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• AI native mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to adapt and work with fast-paced work culture and to adapt and learn quickly adapt and learn quickly
