We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to oversee Accounts Receivable, financial reporting, and month-end closure activities. The role requires strong expertise in revenue accounting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis, along with the ability to partner with business teams to drive financial efficiency and revenue maximization.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage end-to-end finance operations ensuring accurate and timely book closure
- Prepare standalone and consolidated Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and other regulatory standards
- Support statutory audits and ensure timely closure
Accounts Receivable & Revenue Management
- Oversee AR function including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Analyze revenue contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition as per Ind AS
- Drive revenue maximization and cash flow efficiency
- Monitor AR aging and ensure timely follow-ups with customers
MIS, Budgeting & Analysis
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to management
- Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actuals) and recommend corrective actions
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Deliver insights to improve business performance
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations
- Present monthly performance reviews for business units
- Highlight key trends, risks, and improvement areas
Controls & Compliance
- Maintain statutory books of accounts and ensure audit readiness
- Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and compliance requirements
