Reviewing and updating the MRC/Endorsement data into the client systems
Updating slip details into the client system and processing endorsements
Understanding of Bureau and Non-Bureau policy documents and updating data to client systems, interpret necessary information for completing assigned tasks
Premium calculation based on available data
Contact relevant parties to obtain missing information (as necessary)
Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid any escalations/complaints
Experience in MI and Reporting
Graduate with at least fifteen (15) years of education or diploma in any discipline
Minimum 6 to 12 months
Preferred knowledge of the Lloyds of London Market (MRC/Binders)
Excellent data comprehension skills to read and carefully interpret business requirements
Good understanding of Insurance Life cycle and Terms
