Position: Executive E-Commerce/Q-Commerce
Department -Sales -Organised Trade
Reporting To - Head – Organised Trade
Location: Thane
Role Purpose:
The role is responsible for driving sales growth across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms through effective performance marketing, digital campaign execution, and marketplace optimization. The incumbent will also support in order fulfilment coordination to ensure high service levels, inventory availability, and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
· Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
· Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and platform-specific advertising tools.
· Monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost.
· Optimize campaign performance through keyword management, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and creative recommendations.
· Coordinate with internal and external agencies for campaign planning and execution.
· Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and digital visibility and availability.
2. Channel Growth
· Improve digital shelf visibility, search ranking, and product discoverability.
· Support new product launches, assortment expansion, and promotional events.
· Work closely with Key Account Managers to execute platform-specific growth plans.
· Monitor ratings, reviews, and content quality to improve conversion.
3. Order Management & Fulfilment
· Coordinate daily order processing with marketplaces, distributors, warehouses, and supply chain teams.
· Monitor order acceptance, dispatch, fill rates, cancellations, returns, and service levels.
· Ensure adequate inventory availability across fulfilment centres.
· Track pending orders and proactively resolve operational issues in co-ordination with sales operations team.
· Coordinate replenishment planning to minimize stock-outs.
4. Reporting & Analytics
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.
· Analyse sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and customer behaviour.
· Build dashboards for sales, marketing spends, profitability, and operational KPIs.
· Generate actionable insights for business growth.
5. Cross Functional Coordination
· Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and external marketplace teams.
· Support key marketplace events such as Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, and platform-led campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
· 2–5 years in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, Marketplace Management, or Performance Marketing.
· Experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty, or Consumer Goods preferred.
· Hands on experience of handling Amazon Ads Console, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart ads portals.
· Fair understanding of Quick commerce and E-Commernce ecosystem.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
