Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive E-commerce Catalogue & Fulfilment with 3–5 years of experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for catalogue management, marketplace operations, inventory coordination, order processing, and fulfilment across multiple online channels. The candidate should have hands-on experience with leading e-commerce platforms and a good understanding of quick commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Catalogue Management
- Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and attributes.
- Manage new product launches and catalogue updates.
- Resolve listing issues and optimize product visibility.
Fulfilment & Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end order processing, fulfilment, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, and delivery performance.
Reverse Logistics
- Manage returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for return pickups and inventory updates.
- Monitor return requests and ensure timely processing of refunds and replacements.
- Identify and resolve return-related issues to improve customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels across all marketplaces.
- Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Marketplace Operations
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for operational support.
- Execute pricing updates, promotions, and campaign activities.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational guidelines.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track key operational KPIs, including order fulfilment, inventory, returns, and delivery performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce Catalogue Management, Marketplace Operations, and Order Fulfilment.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with Uniware or any Order Management System (OMS).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and order lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Flipkart.
- Experience in the FMCG, D2C, Retail, or Consumer Goods industry.
