Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat) to assist our clients using Travel Terminus, our AI-powered travel booking platform. The role involves handling customer queries via calls and chat, ensuring timely resolution, and providing a smooth support experience.
Prior experience in TravelTech is not mandatory, however candidates with exposure to travel systems or booking platforms will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via voice calls and chat support
- Assist clients with:
- Platform usage
- Handling End to End booking quotations, and other Booking-related queries
- Basic troubleshooting and issue reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns
- Escalate technical issues to the internal tech/support team when required
- Maintain proper ticketing, notes, and follow-ups
- Provide a professional and customer-friendly experience at all times
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling voice and chat support
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn new products and processes
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support / service roles
- Experience in TravelTech, travel agencies, booking platforms, or SaaS is an added advantage, but not mandatory
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
