Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support business growth by generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and converting opportunities into sales. The role involves handling client communication, understanding requirements, and maintaining strong relationships to promote our logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Connect with potential clients and explain company services
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare reports on lead generation, conversions, and performance
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
