Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Customer Service department as an Executive. The ideal candidate should have at least 0-1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As an Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Providing product information and assistance to customers.

- Assisting with training and mentoring new customer service representatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 0-2 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
