The Executive – Cross Border Operations will support the end-to-end execution of cross-border logistics operations, ensuring timely shipment movement, coordination with sellers and logistics partners, and continuous improvement of processes to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with the Manager to support day-to-day cross-border operations and drive small-scale projects focused on process improvements.
- Analyze operational data to identify gaps, track performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with sellers to ensure timely shipment readiness and smooth handover at logistics hubs.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely and efficient movement of shipments from India to UAE/KSA, while adhering to defined processes.
- Monitor shipment timelines, identify delays or bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to ensure SLA adherence.
- Identify opportunities to improve cut-off timings, SLAs, and overall operational efficiency to enhance customer experience.
- Plan and organize team meetings, including setting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards to provide visibility on operational performance.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of cross-border operations.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Prior exposure to cross-border logistics, supply chain operations, or working with 3PL partners is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is required.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
