Job Description

Role: Executive Coordinator

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Salary Budget: 3 LPA to 4 LPA Only

Exp: 1+ year

The Business Operations Associate will work closely with the Director to support the smooth functioning of the organization by coordinating activities across Mine Operations, Head Office, and various support functions. The role will act as a central point of communication, ensuring timely execution of business priorities, tracking action items, and driving operational follow-through. The incumbent will assist in business reporting, project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational initiatives while supporting the Director in day-to-day operations and strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between Mine Operations, Head Office, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Track business priorities, action items, and projects assigned by the Director and ensure timely closure.
  • Prepare reports, MIS, presentations, meeting notes, and business updates for management review.
  • Support organizational initiatives, compliance activities, process improvements, and special projects.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve collaboration.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, administration or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, documentation, and business communication.
