Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team
  • This role will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving the growth of our company
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue in existing markets

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention

Proposal Creation & Negotiation:

  • Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to clients

Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecast future revenue opportunities

Networking:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
