Proven experience of a min of 5+ yrs as an Executive Assistant to C-Level suite with Global experience.
Working experience in global companies, handling senior leadership in a global company set up.
Excellent calendar management skills across time zones.
Manage both domestic and international travel arrangements for the Leadership Team (including but not limited to visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings etc.)
Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in a dynamic workplace.
Ability to deal with effectively a broad range of contacts and personalities internal and external.
High level of integrity required for handling sensitive and confidential information.
Exceptional organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance and extremely thorough with a high level of attention to detail and quality; timely follow up.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Manage Office Administrative Support
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate office activities, meetings, and events.
Operations Management
Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and functional.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
