Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics as needed.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Assist in administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Track, follow up, and ensure timely completion of tasks, deadlines, and action items.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Experience Required:
- 3- 5 years of experience in calendar management and executive support roles.
- Strong coordination and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience handling travel planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education:Any Graduation.
