Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics as needed.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Assist in administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Track, follow up, and ensure timely completion of tasks, deadlines, and action items.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required.

Experience Required:

  • 3- 5 years of experience in calendar management and executive support roles.
  • Strong coordination and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience handling travel planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:Any Graduation.
