Roles and Responsibiliti

  • esExecutive Calendar Management: Manage executives calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and ensure optimal time managemen
  • t.Weekly Meeting Coordination: Manage and coordinate weekly meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are prepared in advanc
  • e.Initiate and Lead Meetings: Take the lead in initiating meetings, setting agendas, coordinating with stakeholders, and guiding discussions to ensure productive outcome
  • s.Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM): Take accurate and concise meeting minutes, documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders in a timely manne
  • r.Travel & Accommodation Management: Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, transportation, and travel itineraries for founders and senior leadershi
  • p.Visa & Immigration Coordination: Handle visa applications, documentation, renewals, and travel-related compliance requirements for founders and senior executive
  • s.Expense Management: Track, maintain, and reconcile travel and business expenses; coordinate reimbursements and maintain accurate expense record
  • s.Client Follow-Ups & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams by ensuring timely follow-ups, communication, and action item closur
  • e.Documentation & Reporting: Regularly update and maintain PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, reports, and executive dashboards, ensuring all information is accurate and readily accessibl
