Job Description

Job Title – Executive-Assistant

Location: Mohali

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Weekly Meeting Coordination: Manage and coordinate weekly meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are prepared in advance.
  • Calendar Management: Manage executives calendars and set up meetings.
  • Travel and Accommodation Arrangements - Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Initiate and Lead Meetings: Take the lead in initiating meetings, setting the agenda, and guiding the flow of discussion to ensure productive outcomes. This includes initiating contact with relevant stakeholders and preparing the groundwork for effective meetings.
  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting: Responsible for taking accurate and concise minutes during meetings. This includes documenting key discussions, decisions, action items, and ensuring that these minutes are distributed to all relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Update PowerPoint and Excel Documents: Regularly update and maintain PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for various purposes, ensuring that all data and information are current, well-organized, and readily accessible for executive review and decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: MBA or equivalent in a relevant field.
