Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehgam for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing the MD's schedule, coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, maintaining records, and preparing reports. The role involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and acting as a liaison between the MD and other departments. The role supports strategic initiatives and handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management, ensuring timely appointments and schedules
  • Excellent Communication capabilities, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in office tools and software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, particularly within the chemical or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
