About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a renowned Firm. The ideal candidate should be a multi-tasker, strong communicator, and efficient coordinator who can seamlessly manage daily operations and executive priorities Confedentially.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end administrative support to the Managing Director
• Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
• Act as a point of contact between MD and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle team coordination and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using Excel
• Assist in basic accounting tasks.
• Maintain confidential documents, records, and communication
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operational flow
• Support in decision-making through data tracking and reporting
Key Skills & Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Coordinator / Admin role Supporting directly to management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
