About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support. The role requires a mature professional who can manage complex priorities, coordinate across departments, and act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal as well as external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and other communications
Draft professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)
Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and commitments assigned by the CEO
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution
Maintain confidential documents, agreements, and sensitive information with discretion
Prepare data, reports, and research inputs for business reviews and strategic decisions
Support coordination for client meetings, investor discussions, and external engagements
Assist with personal coordination tasks that overlap with business requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
8 years of proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and common business tools
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to align with extended or flexible working hours as required
