Roles & Responsibilities: –
- Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
- Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are
- being met on a cost-effective basis
- Manages the growth and success of the team
- Ensure that all workings are in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in
- alignment with specifications and quality requirements
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that
- guarantee organizational well-being
- Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives
- Proven work experience as operations manager
- Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
- You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and
- profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
- Provides guidance to employees
- Exposure to all function including QC /QA
EXPERIENCE & SKILL
- Experience of Large Appliance Manufacturing industry
- Has Cross functional dealing Experience.
- Smart leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of Computer and Processes
- Experience of managing team size of 100 + people and good team manager
Qualification:-
- BE / B.Tec / Electro Mechanical background
Job Location – Ahmedabad
- Experience Required – Worked with minimum 3 companies in his career and 15 years + experience
- (Have Techno Commercial knowledge)
