About The Role
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be efficient in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle daily correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Maintain confidential documents and manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
- Assist in event planning, meeting logistics, and other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 24 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
