Job Description: Executive Assistant to CEO
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel plans, and daily priorities efficiently.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage professional emails, presentations, reports, and documents.
- Organize leadership and board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Track action items, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Support research, data preparation, and coordination for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables and timelines.
- Assist with leadership events, communication initiatives, and select HR/admin tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership/CXO.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable professional.
