Job Description

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate complex schedules, prioritize meetings, and manage appointments across time zones.
  • Travel & Logistics: Organize domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage confidential communications, reports, and presentations. Act as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders.
  • Office & Project Support: Ensure smooth office operations, assist in planning events and offsites, and support special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between leadership and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

The Successful Applicant


A successful Executive Assistant for the Leadership Team should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in executive support roles, preferably in hospitality, aviation, financial services or professional consulting.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
