Our client is a leading international organisation looking to appoint a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, effective time management, and high-level coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact, manage calendar, travel, key proposals, meetings, communications, and confidential matters.
- Oversee entire office administration, streamline internal processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead internal recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR policy management. Maintain employee records and coordinate with external partners or vendors.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, resumes, trackers, and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy across systems (CRM, spreadsheets, project management tools).
- Assist with social media content and branding tasks.
- Conduct recruitment market research and talent mapping for key search mandates.
- Track invoices, reimbursements, petty cash, and basic financial documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, powerpoint, etc).
- Possesses a positive attitude with a friendly and professional approach.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
