Job Description

We at Talent Corner Hr Services are having an exciting opportunity for one of our client in Gurugram:

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics
  • Handle confidential communication and correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Perform research and data collation for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Develop presentations, briefs, and documents for leadership review and strategy discussions
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including follow-ups, documentation, and expense tracking
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless coordination
  • Support backend processes, data compilation, and creation of MIS reports
  • Ensure the executive is well-prepared and informed for all meetings and events

Other Details:

  • Graduate with 35 years of experience in executive support role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, calendar management, and office coordination.
  • Budget- 10 LPA
