Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics
- Handle confidential communication and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Perform research and data collation for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Develop presentations, briefs, and documents for leadership review and strategy discussions
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including follow-ups, documentation, and expense tracking
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless coordination
- Support backend processes, data compilation, and creation of MIS reports
- Ensure the executive is well-prepared and informed for all meetings and events
Other Details:
- Graduate with 35 years of experience in executive support role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, calendar management, and office coordination.
