Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant with 310 years of experience to provide high-level support to senior leadership and manage key priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and communications
• Coordinate official & personal travel and expense reporting
• Draft and proofread correspondence and reports
• Oversee banking and investment-related operations
• Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information
• Support project coordination and other executive tasks

Qualifications:

• 310 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (not more than 10)
• Strong MS Office and administrative tool proficiency
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• High discretion and professionalism
