Executive Assistant

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will work closely with the COO of a digital marketing company, providing high-level administrative and operational support. The role involves coordination, preparing reports, attending meetings, and assisting in daily operational tasks. Only female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the COO.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Accompany the COO for travel, meetings, and client visits as required.
• Maintain records, follow up on tasks, and assist in internal communication.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the COO.

Candidate Profile

• 02 years of experience as an assistant or administrative role (freshers eligible).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, reports, and communications efficiently.
• Preference for female candidates as per role requirement.
