Job Description

Role Summary:

The Executive Assistant (EA) is the primary point of contact and strategic partner to the Crif. This isn't just about scheduling; it's about force multiplication. You will manage the executive's time, communications, and priorities, ensuring they can focus on high-level strategy while you handle the operational noise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar & Time Orchestration:

  • Gatekeeping: Manage a complex, shifting calendar with a chess-player mindsetanticipating conflicts before they happen.
  • Prioritization: Buffer the Executive from unnecessary interruptions while ensuring urgent matters reach them immediately.
  • Travel & Logistics: End-to-end management of domestic/international travel, including visas, intricate itineraries, and Plan B contingencies.

2. Communication & Representation:

  • Inbox Shadowing: Manage high-volume email, drafting responses, and flagging items that require personal attention.
  • Liaison Work: Act as a professional bridge between the Executive and internal teams, board members, and external partners.
  • Drafting & Editing: Prepare high-stakes presentations, briefing docs, and speeches with a high degree of accuracy and executive voice.

3. Strategic Support & Project Management:

  • Meeting Lifecycle: Attend key meetings, take actionable minutes, andcruciallytrack follow-ups to ensure projects don't stall.
  • Research: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends or potential partners to brief the Executive before major calls.
