Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This role goes beyond calendar management and focuses on driving execution, coordinating strategic initiatives, managing communications, and ensuring seamless operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder's calendar, priorities, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare agendas, MOMs, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across departments.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Technology teams.
- Draft professional emails, business correspondence, and executive communications.
- Prepare weekly MIS reports and maintain critical business documentation.
- Support investor, partner, vendor, and leadership communications.
- Handle confidential business information with the highest level of discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience supporting a Founder, CEO, CXO, or senior leadership.
- Experience in startups, operations, project coordination, or executive support preferred.
