Job Purpose: The Executive Assistant to the Head of Treasury provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Treasury department. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, handling documentation, and supporting strategic initiatives while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Executive Assistant
Administrative & Strategic Support
Manage the Head of Treasury's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential correspondence, draft emails, letters, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Head.
Maintain an organized filing system for critical documents, treasury reports, and compliance records for easy retrieval.
Assist in organizing industry events, conferences, and leadership meetings related to treasury functions.
Support in preparing strategic documents and reports for senior management, board meetings, and regulatory submissions.
Meeting Coordination & Follow-ups
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Track and follow up on key action items from meetings, ensuring timely execution and updates.
Collaborate with middle and back office teams, finance leadership, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Monitor deadlines, tasks, and compliance requirements relevant to treasury functions.
Communication & Liaison
Act as the primary point of contact for the Head of Treasury, ensuring seamless communication flow between departments.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, regulators (RBI, SEBI, FEMA), and internal teams to facilitate treasury-related transactions and updates.
Consolidate and review reports from middle and back office teams before presenting them to the Head of Treasury.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and risk management information.
Treasury Operations & Documentation Support
Assist in preparing and reviewing treasury performance reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
Maintain a repository of key policies, contracts, risk frameworks, and funding details for easy reference.
Support in tracking liquidity management, hedging strategies, and trading operations to ensure alignment with treasury goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of financial reports and regulatory documents.
Process Improvement
Assist in streamlining treasury administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Support in monitoring compliance with RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and internal governance frameworks.
Stay updated on treasury regulations and financial market developments to provide relevant insights when required.
Work closely with IT teams to optimize the use of treasury management systems and tools.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics (preferred).
Work Experience (Range Of Years)
3-6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Treasury Coordinator.
