The Executive Assistant will support the CEO across both organizations and act as a key operational partner in managing priorities, communications, projects, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and scheduling.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-up action reports.
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage confidential documents and executive correspondence.
- Assist in day-to-day business operations across Learnstar and KGSK Alliance.
- Create and maintain operational trackers and dashboards.
- Follow up with team members on project execution.
- Monitor progress across departments and report directly to the CEO.
- Assist in identifying and researching potential partners, sponsors, investors, and strategic opportunities.
- Coordinate outreach and relationship management activities.
- Support partnership proposal development and presentation preparation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare briefing notes on companies, industries, government agencies, investors, and potential collaborators.
- Generate reports and strategic recommendations for leadership review.
- Draft professional emails, proposals, presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Assist in managing executive communications.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Support conferences, exhibitions, speaking engagements, and business events.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, delegations, and partnership activities.
- Lead and execute strategic projects directly assigned by the CEO.
- Work on new business ventures, partnerships, expansion initiatives, and fundraising opportunities.
- Provide project management support from concept to execution.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proactive and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in executive support, operations, consulting, startups, or project management.
- Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, or senior executives is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to international business, edtech, media, startups, or trade industries is preferred.
